Zinc Electroplating
We protect metal parts from corrosion with weak-acid zinc electroplating, an environmentally friendly wet process carried out in-house. Compared to thermal (hot-dip) galvanizing, electroplated zinc is higher-purity, more evenly distributed across the part, and formed at normal temperatures — so it won't form iron-zinc alloys. Coatings are blue-passivated for extra corrosion resistance.
