Reconditioning by Metal-Coating

Worn parts are rebuilt with arc-spray metal coating: fine particles from melted metal wire are sprayed onto the surface at 25–35°C under high pressure, producing a strongly adherent coating with no delamination and no stress induced in the base material.

Because the process runs at such low temperatures, it keeps the part's original dimensions and mechanical properties intact — well suited to shafts, bearings, cylinder sleeves and other rotating components in carbon steel, cast iron, copper, brass or aluminum.
